The Graduation....

I wasn’t planning to post about this, I even thought while we were there I am not going to post about this who wants to read about a lame pre-school graduation... Kaelen didn’t even want to go... (I don’t know what is worst Kaelen for not wanting to go or me for not wanting to post about it?) Anyways... we went to what I told Kaelen was a end –of- the- year- get- together- with -Emma’s -pre-school- class, not a pre-school graduation... I do have to thank Ms. Sandy for not making it to long and painful... it was only about a half an hour and then after they had a BBQ and fun stuff for all the kids to do... SO, why am I posting about this when I said I wasn’t going to... Well, when we arrived home and were walking up to the house Emma turned and said, “Mom are you going to put this [graduation] on your blog?” I said, “Do you think it would be a good thing to put on my blog?” Emma said, “Yep, I think everyone would want to see it.”

So I would like to present Emma Gulbranson Class of 2022!

My Dad went to the Netherlands and brought me back....

A hat , apron, little wooden shoes , some yum, yum, yum chocolate... (Kael got a little toy not pictured)
Kaelen and Jared (Kaelen’s brother) went to Holland, Sweden & Finland on business for 10 days...
Yes I was a little jealous at first, but after I looked at the pictures he brought back and heard all they did was go to forestry shows and look at machines and ride on a bus for about 10 hours with a bunch of foul-mouthed Irish men ... I was glad I stayed home and enjoyed the warm weather with the kids...
But for those of you who want to see pictures of logging machines and stuff... here you are...













Well,it wasn't all work and no fun...

Kael's Birhtday

Here are a few pictures from Kael's 3rd Birthday!!! As you can see from the picture he got a scooter and had chocolate ice cream cake...Birthday dinner was a few of his favorites corn on the cob, chicken on the bone and watermelon yummmm....

A Masterpiece or so he thought...

The other day Emma and Kael had done some painting, but did not put the paints away like I had asked... (nothing new) now Max can get wherever he wants in his walker and he made his way over to the kids table to find what they had left behind usually some little morsel ... and this is what he found, while I was busy making dinner...
When saw him I gasped and startled him ...



But I reassured him it wasn’t his fault but the fault of his careless brother and sister who left the paints where he could reach them and then he was ok to pose for some pics ...

Peace and Quiet...!

Growing up, every time mother’s day came around, we would ask our mom what she wanted for mother’s day and she would always say... Peace and Quiet...! We always thought, why the heck would you want that? We were willing to get her whatever she wanted that was within our meagre means...
of course...

Now I understand...
